I had a good experience with Thumbies overall. The communication was clear the whole way through, which made things a lot easier. I always knew what they needed from me, and I got updates without having to keep checking in. I’ll admit I was a little unsure at first about how the final quality would turn out, but the process itself was simple and never confusing, which I really appreciated.

I wasn’t expecting much, but it looks really clean and clear. It just feels nice when something turns out better than you thought it would, and that made me happy with it.

The ordering process was mostly okay, but some of the pages was confusing and loading slow. I did get it finished in the end, it just take longer than I was expecting.

To be fair, the packaging really made a good first impression. It arrived neat and well put together, which made the whole thing feel a little more special than I expected

I keep rubbing the fingerprint with my thumb without even thinking about it, which sounds kind of weird, but it’s been really comforting.

But after a few weeks, I started noticing tiny scratches way easier than I think should happen, especially for the price. The edges also weren’t quite as smooth as I expected, which feels like something they could’ve paid a little more attention to. It’s not a bad product at all, and I still love the meaning behind it, but the quality just isn’t quite where I thought it would be.

i mean, they coordinated everything with the funeral home and took so much stress off our shoulders. We really didn’t have to worry about the details, which meant a lot during such a difficult time.

It got here when they said it would, which is all I was expecting. No surprises or delays, so I’m happy with the experience.

The proofing process was okay overall, and the final proof did look good, but it definitely felt slower than expected. I had to wait around for updates, and the back-and-forth wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. Since the delays made the whole experience a bit frustrating, I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

I got this for my mom as a gift, and she ended up really liking it. It felt personal but not over the top, which is harder to find than you’d think. Ordering was simple enough, and when it arrived, it looked really nice. The only thing is I wish the updates had been a little clearer because I kept checking my email like... is it coming, or... Overall though, it was a really thoughtful gift and definitely worth it. I’d buy again for family

The website took me a while to get through because there was a lot to pick from, but I guess that’s a good problem to have. I really wanted this to feel more meaningful, and in theory it should have. But it came across kind of generic, which was disappointing. For the price, I feel like they could’ve put a bit more emotion or personal touch into it

Price was good overall. I haven’t really compared every single option out there, but it felt cheaper than what I expected, so I’m happy with it.

I’ve been keeping it right near me, and it makes such a difference. I love not having to get up or search around for it when I need it, and the easy access has been way more helpful than I expected.
